Most running injuries come from running with a body that isn't ready for it. That's why Joseph, our certified running coach, built every training plan with technique and progressive load at the core: you're never asked to do more than your body is ready for. The Pilates sessions I aligned around his plans are there to strengthen exactly what running breaks down week after week. The web-app's daily check-in gives you tailored advice. Warm-ups and cool-downs are included. You just follow the plan on your daily web-app.

No. The Just Run & Pilates track exists for those who simply want to run better and feel like running is a natural part of their life, with no objective in mind. If you don't know yet what you want, that's also a valid answer to get started.

The week-by-week structure does a lot of the heavy lifting: you always know what's next, the progression is built in, and the level rises with you without you having to figure anything out. When motivation dips (it happens), the private channel is there: ask a question, share a win, read what others are going through. Sometimes that's all it takes to get your shoes on.
